Your ideal membership depends on your driving habits and what you want from the service. Our Monthly option keeps protection active and prevents heavy buildup, making it perfect for the daily driver. Our Bi-Weekly option is designed to ensure your ride never has a bad day, making it ideal for perfectionists and high-mileage drivers (plus families with kids and pets).
Can I add extra services to my scheduled visit?
Of course! While our Memberships cover the essentials, we know sometimes you might just need a little extra. If you have a specific service in mind that you would like to add on, just let us know before your appointment so we can allocate the extra time and adjust the price accordingly.
Do I need to be there while you work?
Not at all! As long as we have access to the vehicle (either left unlocked or with a key), you can carry on with your day while we handle the maintenance.
I have a trip planned. Do I need to cancel this month’s service?
We understand that schedules change. If you are going on vacation or traveling for work, simply let us know in advance. We can reschedule your visit for a different week so you don’t lose the value (and your vehicle doesn’t lose its shine).
What if my car gets excessively dirty between visits?
Whether it’s from road trips, muddy paws, or spills, we know that life happens. If your vehicle is significantly dirtier than usual upon our arrival, we may apply a $50 per hour surcharge to cover the extra time needed to bring it back to standard.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Oklahoma’s weather can be unpredictable. If rain or severe weather is in the forecast, we will reach out to you as early as possible to reschedule your service for the next available sunny day.
